Cameron is my 28 year old Son from my marriage to Jennifer. He completed his Junior year at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, majoring in Business before deciding to return to California. I hope he will complete his degree one day, but that will be his decision. He manages an aquarium store in California and installs/maintains salt water aquariums for clients. He plans to have his own business at some point.
The picture below is of him all dressed up (as much as he will "dress up") and ready to go socializing.
Cameron has two main hobbies. His first job as a young teen was at a tropical fish store and it has led to him being heavily into salt water aquariums.
His other hobby is his 2000, one-ton, Chevy dually show truck which is in the photos below.
Girls definitely are in third place since they take money away from the truck and aquariums........ :-)
Rather than commute to school in the show truck, he was looking for a "driver". Rather than have him buy an unknown used truck, I sold him my 1994 Chevy 2500 truck with the agreement that he would not modify the frame or suspension (after all it is his "driver", not another truck to modify).
So far, the agreement has held. The 2500 is in the picture below. Note the primed hood with scoop.....the truck now has 280,000 miles on it and will soon be replaced
One of the incentives I offered Cameron to move from California to Oklahoma and enter university was to send him to the local Technology Center to learn to weld.
He took to welding like a fly to honey.
The picture below is of him using the cutting torch on a friend's truck during a get together at Oak Crest Farm.
His welding skills have found other applications.......such as a "better" way to start the Bar-B-Que.....
